How we are staying safe during Covid 19:
Every item that comes in from wholesalers or local shops is wiped down before it goes on our shelves with an alcohol wipe or cloth.
The baskets that are delivered locally we drop off at the recipients doorstep, ring the door bell or knock on the door, step back to our vehicle and wait for someone to pick up the basket. If no one replies within a few minutes we take it back and try again at a different time.
Please let the person know we are coming after we let you know what time and date they will be receiving their basket.
For deliveries that are not local, we use a local delivery service.
All textile and gift items that are not part of a gift basket can be returned for 14 days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other charges. They must have tags attached and in new condition. Unwashed and unsoiled.
All gift baskets and gift boxes cannot be returned. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please send a message of what is wrong along with a picture and we will refund you with a credit to our store or replace the item.
Local deliveries in Hope, Chilliwack, and Agassiz for product value over $20 (not including taxes and shipping fees) are currently free and hand delivered. We always say who the gift is from unless we are asked not to.
We use Purolator or Canada Post when shipping product to any other part of Canada. Please note we are not responsible for damage to your product caused by shipping companies. Once the product is taken by them it is out of our hands.
If you would like the recipient of your gift to remain a secret, please inform me of that and we will do our best to respect your wishes.
All product may be substituted of equal or greater value, with or without notice.
(But we typically do give notice)
We would be happy to send you a picture! But please tell us before we send it off.
Please inform me of any dietary restrictions. Our baskets are filled with gluten, dairy, meat, sugar and anything else that people may be allergic to or prefer to stay away from. We are happy to substitute with product we find that eliminate those things. However, it may mean that we have to go to the local grocery store to help fill the basket which does may make the basket price go up.
In cases where we do this, we like to work closely with the customer to make sure we get it right. So please give us your text number or email address so we can send pictures.
We love making custom baskets! If you can't find anything you like on our website, or everything seems to be out of stock, please contact us with your ideas and a budget and we would be happy to oblige. Do keep in mind that themed baskets may need more time to complete as we may need to special order things or shop around.
